Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Operations Assistant to join our culinary team. As part of the pre-opening team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all kitchen areas.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, adhering to safety and hygiene standards at all times. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, utensil cleaning, equipment maintenance, and storage
* Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
* Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times, reporting any concerns or issues to management
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and safe team culture
Requirements
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel setting
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Current working rights in Australia
