About the role
* Find, grow and retain client partnerships to maximise revenue and market share.
* Build trusted relationships with local and national advertisers, acting as a strategic commercial partner by identifying client needs and developing solutions for their business.
* Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Take ownership of your sales budget, pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
* Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking and lead follow-up.
* Collaborate with promotions, content, digital and sales support teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
About you
* Proven experience in sales, media, advertising or a commercial environment.
* Strong ability to build relationships and sell solutions and ideas, not just products.
* Confident communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
* Proactive, resilient and commercially curious, with an interest in entertainment and media.
