Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with a background in finance, insurance, call centres, real estate, or sales/broker roles. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with previous phone sales experience being highly desirable. Must be Sunshine Coast and surrounds based.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in finance, insurance, call centres, real estate, or sales/broker roles.
Proven sales, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
Effective communication with diverse audiences.
Strong objection handling and creative problem‑solving skills.
History of meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs.
Experience in asset finance or automotive/business finance sales is a plus.
Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and self‑motivation.
