Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Architecture BIM Engineer located in Maadi, QLD. The Architecture BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, coordinating architectural designs with structural and MEP systems, generating construction drawings, and performing clash detection and report compilation. Additional responsibilities include streamlining workflows between BIM and traditional 2D drawing processes and supporting project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficiency.
QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with BIM coordination and execution.Expertise in creating and interpreting construction and architectural drawings.Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration with architecture and structure.Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering with skills applicable to the construction and design process.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-discipline professionals.Familiarity with design codes, standards, and regulations is an advantage.Previous experience with shop drawings, clash detection, and project coordination is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
