Hogans Family Jewellers is a family owned and operated specialist jeweller who has been serving their loyal customer base for the past 80 years. In November 2022, we relocated to a brand-new premises offering a state-of-the-art fit out and client experience.
We're seeking an outgoing and self-motivated sales consultant to join our expanding business. You will be required to work 15-25 hours per week, including every second Saturday. As a core member of our sales team, you will be highly valued for your contribution as you work in an environment where your excellent customer service and creativity can truly shine. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or a retail environment and must be extremely well presented, flexible and have a positive attitude.
Your role within Hogans Family Jewellers
In your role, you will:
* Deliver a superior experience to new and existing customers by taking them through the Hogans Family Jeweller's purchasing journey from start to finish.
* Work within a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining our exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales support
* Prepare and consult with customers for their pre-booked or walk-in appointments
* Provide advice and guidance to help clients discover and design their dream jewellery piece
* Visual merchandising of displays and display windows
Our ideal candidate:
* Must have a minimum of 5 years sales or retail experience
* Be flexible to work a mix of weekday and weekend trading hours
* Experience working within a jewellery-related business is a bonus, but not essential
