THE OPPORTUNITY
This position involves working as part of our dynamic Broome team and will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service on both telephone and e-mail, processing orders and collaborating with your colleagues.
You will also be given opportunity to undertake a raft of scope, including:
* Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
* Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
* Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
* Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
* Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
