Quantum Care Therapy & Adventures is looking at expanding and we are seeking the services of an experienced Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team.

About the role
A Lifestyle Support Worker assists, cares for, and empowers people with a wide range of needs, including physical and mental health needs, learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, and more.
Skills
* A friendly, approachable, empathetic, and caring nature.
* Reliable, honest, and adaptable attitude to work.
* Availability to work different shifts/hours and occasionally overnight.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with non-verbal children and/or adults with complex Autism.
* Ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* Australian Drivers' license with own registered, comprehensively insured, and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Current Yellow Card
* Working with Children's Blue Card
* Cert 3 or 4 in Disability or Individual Support, Aged Care or Allied Health Student (preferred or currently enrolled or willing to Obtain),
