Job Description
The role of Additional Assistant is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work as a member of a local kindergarten team to support access and participation of all children within an inclusive environment.
You will be working with all children in the kindergarten setting, including those with disabilities and high support needs. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers.
* This involves communicating verbally or in writing any observations that may affect the children's activities and running of the program.
* You will also ensure open communication with all direct and extended team members.

Requirements
* To be considered for this role, you must provide a Satisfactory Working with Children's Check - Employee, Cleared NDIS Screening Check within the last five years, Valid Australian Working Rights, and International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one year within the last ten years.
* Experience working with children within an educational setting is highly desirable.
