Job Title: Investment Operations Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Investment Operations Associate to join our team. As an Investment Operations Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming monies, allocating funds to member accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of daily tasks within tight timeframes. This includes reviewing bank statements, allocating contributions, and updating member data.
To succeed in this position, you will require exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Besides your technical skills, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in an office environment
* Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
* Customer service experience, especially phone calls

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
