About this opportunity:
Our Sun Valley store is currently looking for a motivated and hard‐working leader to manage the store's dairy & freezer department. The successful applicant will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and other related duties.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a small team within the dairy & freezer department
* Create staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage
* Generate and manage stock orders
* Complete stock takes and maintain stock accuracy
* Ensure merchandising standards are met
* Support team members and liaise with management as required
* Adhere to work health and safety standards
Requirements and Expectations:
* Grocery or dairy/freezer retail knowledge
* Ability to supervise team members
