This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in banking. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers through online chat, answering questions about credit cards, mortgages, and general banking.
No cold calling or selling involved, just meaningful conversations that help people every day.
Our team is keen to meet candidates who have a passion for providing excellent customer service, are confident using computers, and have an interest in banking or finance.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Chat with customers online to answer account and transaction questions
* Assist with credit card and mortgage enquiries
* Troubleshoot banking issues

A comprehensive two-week training period will be provided on-site, including classroom training from Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
Part-time roles available (part-timers must be available full-time during the first two weeks of training).
