We are seeking a talented and strategic Copywriter & Content Producer to join our Marketing & Communications team.
About The Role
Your work will play a key role in supporting the promotion of MBS Award programs and Executive Education helping prospective students understand what sets our learning experiences apart and why they matter for career growth and leadership development.
Working closely with the Brand & Production Manager and wider Marketing & Communications team, you will translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences—from prospective students to alumni and industry partners.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the School to uncover powerful stories and deliver content that reflects MBS's strengths, values, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and delivering strategic, audience-focused content that supports marketing, recruitment and brand objectives. This includes identifying compelling storytelling opportunities, translating insights into clear content briefs, and creating engaging content across a range of channels and formats.
The role ensures all content is aligned with MBS brand guidelines, consistent in quality and tailored to audience needs, while supporting integrated campaigns through close collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
It also involves using performance insights to optimize content effectiveness and continuously improve content processes and workflows.
About You
You are a skilled storyteller with a strategic mindset and a genuine passion for creating content that connects with audiences. You bring proven experience in copywriting, content production or content strategy, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging and audience-focused messaging.
Comfortable working across digital channels including web, social, email and campaigns, you are a collaborative professional with excellent stakeholder management skills. You have a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to brand consistency, along with a proactive and curious mindset that drives continuous improvement, innovation and better ways of working.
