Working closely with the Group General Counsel and senior lawyers, you will provide high‐quality legal support with a strong focus on commercial contracts, while also contributing to broader strategic and legal operations initiatives.This opportunity is well suited to a lawyer who enjoys operating with autonomy, partnering closely with the business, and providing practical, solutions‐focused advice. In addition to supporting sales and operational teams with business‐as‐usual matters, you will play a key role in improving consistency, efficiency, and governance.The role offers flexibility, with apart‐time option available (0.8 FTE – 4 days per week), allowing you to make a meaningful impact at work while maintaining balance outside of it.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high‐quality legal advice and contract support.Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts to support business growth and operational delivery.Assist with complex contract management issues, including disputes.Provide general legal advice on matters including claims, privacy law, ESG, policy drafting, infrastructure and PPP matters, and property leasing as required.Partner with sales, operations, and corporate stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions.Support strategic legal initiatives and contribute to improvements in legal processes and ways of working.About You You are a proactive and adaptable lawyer with a can‐do attitude, who enjoys engaging with the business and helping teams succeed through clear, practical legal advice.
