Process Improvement Specialist

This role will work as part of the Business Transformation team on a major implementation project. The individual will be critical in working alongside key stakeholders to capture existing business processes, identify inconsistencies and develop strategic solutions.

The successful candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve results. This includes analyzing business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing changes to work practices.

The Process Improvement Specialist will require strong analytical skills, ability to work with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and project deliverables.
