We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the beautiful Mandurah store. The role
The Assistant Store Manager is our brand ambassador responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. Reporting to the store manager, you will support them in ensuring the store's commercial success and managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.
* Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while setting an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
* Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, organising teams to optimise sales, managing security, team rotas, and tracking sales performance.
* Manage the store's successful running and trading in the absence of the store manager.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence around the store and influencing the sales environment.
* Receive thorough training in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and support team development.
