Tjiwarl Contracting Services is entering a significant growth phase and is seeking a Governance & Administration Manager to support its leadership team and Board.
This is a trusted, hands‐on role responsible for coordinating governance processes, supporting executive operations and providing high‐quality administrative leadership across the organisation. You will sit at the centre of the business, working closely with the CEO, Finance Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the organisation operates in a professional, organised and compliant manner.
Key responsibilities
* Support organisational effectiveness through strong administrative systems, coordination and planning.
* Act as a central coordination point for meetings, reporting cycles and internal logistics.
* Coordinate Board and committee meetings including agendas, packs and minutes.
* Maintain governance registers, policies and compliance documentation.
* Provide executive and administrative support to the leadership team.
* Support onboarding, HR administration and internal coordination.
* Maintain accurate records and document control.

* Experience in governance administration, executive support or senior administration.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with Boards and senior leaders.
* Enjoys bringing structure and discipline to growing organisations.
* Motivated by an ambitious vision and comfortable operating in a fast‐moving environment.
* Innovative and energetic, constantly looking for opportunities to add value to the business.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and cultural awareness.
This is a foundational role in the next phase of TCS's growth and offers exposure to senior leadership, commercial operations and governance in a values‐led Indigenous‐owned business.
