**What is the role?**
This role exists within our Training team, and will see you will inspire, train and coach The Coffee Club's franchisee's while supporting the learning and development framework.
Based in Brisbane but involving nationwide travel, this is a wonderful opportunity to impart your hospitality experience to business owners in the brand, ensuring they are capable of delivering and training their own staff in; Good Food, Excellent Coffee, Service and Management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- **Along with a team, facilitate and train the New Franchisee Training Program within set timeframes
- Deliver the requirements of The Coffee Club's Learning and Development program;
- Support new store openings, resales and store handovers across the country;
**What are we looking for?**
You should have extensive hospitality experience in front and back of house, as well as management operations, and have a passion for training and operational excellence. In addition, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience within a Hospitality management and/or training role;
- A passion for training others and a belief that you can make a difference;
- A focus on continual improvement
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate;
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded.
