About the role
The General Manager – Clinical Services Division is an integral member of the Congress Executive Team, providing strategic management and leadership to the Clinical Services Division.
To be successful in this role you will need to be visionary in your leadership, be a strategic thinker, and be able to communicate effectively with the community, Executive team, external and internal stakeholders particularly in the health service delivery area.
In return you will be working with the oldest and largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health service in the Northern Territory and will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Closing the Gap on Aboriginal health disadvantage and improving health outcomes for all Aboriginal people.
