About the Role:

* Providing comprehensive support to Principals with budget preparation and administration, including reviewing expenditure, managing payroll, and producing financial reports.
* Monitoring facilities and ground maintenance, advising on minor works and repairs schedules, negotiating with contractors, and overseeing expenditure of planned and unplanned maintenance budgets.
* Managing resource/equipment purchase, maintenance, and repair according to guidelines, and identifying opportunities for greater resource sustainability.
