About The Role
Experience in a bustling, food-focused setting is highly preferred. This role requires proficiency in people management, KPIs, food and wage cost analysis, and staying up to date with current food trends.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Ensuring kitchen staff are well-versed in menu items, preparation methods, and presentation.
* Controlling food portioning and rotation to maintain cost efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
* Cultivating strong relationships within the kitchen brigade and F&B service team.
* Overseeing food procurement and inventory management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Organizing and maintaining kitchen storage areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic individual with:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
* A passion for culinary excellence, presentation, and guest experience.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Dedication to team development and training, fostering a positive and creative culinary culture.
* Knowledge of relevant industry legislation and standards.
