About the role Permanent part time opportunity to provide confidential, efficient and effective client focused administrative services to stakeholders within the The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) Referrals Hub utilising strong data integrity and time management.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide effective and flexible administrative support through distribution of Specialist Referrals utilising contemporary office equipment and software packages specific to TPCH eg: HBCIS, Smart Referrals Workflow Solutions (SWRS), ESM / iEMR, Novell and various Microsoft office suite programs.
Provide a high standard of data integrity.
Attend compulsory meetings and training where required.
Assist staff as required.
