Following the launch of the Position Statement on Open Research, Deakin is actively implementing recommendations from two years of work by the Open Access and Research Data Management Taskforces.The Manager of Scholarly Communication and Research Outputs, based in the Information Directorate, leads a team of 13 high-performing staff, including five direct reports, with diverse expertise.
The role involves overseeing research support services for the Library and managing two complex projects aimed at advancing the open research agenda across the university.
