We are looking for an experienced Chef/Commercial Cook to join our small but passionate restaurant team. The position is part time/permanent part time, with the possibility of full-time employment for the right candidate.

is a welcoming lunch destination located at Cassegrain Wines, operating Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm with minimal evening commitments.
Our focus is on delivering a high quality yet casual dining experience where exceptional food and wine pairings take precedence. We take pride in designing dishes that complement our wines, we cater to a diverse clientele that includes families, wine enthusiasts, locals and tourists.

You will have:
* A passion and drive for creating exceptional food and amazing service.
* Eagerness to learn all aspects of the kitchen.
* A willingness to undertake all duties within the kitchen, from prep and cooking, to clean up and dishes.
* A keen eye and attention to detail.
* The ability to work alone and in a team.
* Experience in menu creation.
* Effective communication skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of catering large events.
* The ability to fill in for the head chef if required.
* Sous vide experience is favourable.
A certificate in commercial cookery is advantageous but not necessary as experience will be highly regarded.
