Role Overview
Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Lead Developer is responsible for executing the design, development, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for the project needs. The role leads technical development, solution design and integration expertise to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities (Developer)
* Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views and dashboards.
* Develop custom plugins, code components (PCF controls), custom workflows, and Power Automate flows.
* Apply SDLC and development practices including CI/CD, pipelines, version and source control (Git, Azure DevOps).
* Execute data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, and migration from existing systems and databases.
* Collaborate with Project and ICT teams including Business & Technical Analysts, Architects, Security, Cloud, and Network Infrastructure.
* Produce technical design documentation, build reports, and contribute to support materials.
Key Responsibilities (Lead Developer)
* Lead design and development of custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Azure.
* Provide technical leadership to a team, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to standards.
* Design and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
* Develop and configure Power Apps, Power Pages, workflows, plugins, PCF controls, and Liquid templates.
* Collaborate with project, architecture, and testing teams to meet solution requirements.
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
* Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with development and governance frameworks.
* Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and cloud‑based solutions.
* Experience leading development in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, and data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory).
* Solid understanding of development best practices, testing, and scalable data migration.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in a software development role.
* 3+ years of development experience on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
* Advanced proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform customization and extension (D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
* Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD practices.
* Knowledge of tools for CI/CD, backlog management and data migration tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Git.
* Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, and D365 (e.g., PL-400, AZ‑204).
* Knowledge of Microsoft AI tools such as Copilot for Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, AI Builder, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service.
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
