Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven background in the transport industry (essential)
* Strong sales experience and a passion for exceeding targets
* Technical knowledge of truck applications is highly desirable
* Experience with CRM systems or a willingness to learn
* Understanding of On-Highway parts, service, and dealer networks
* Familiarity with Western Star, MAN, and Dennis Eagle brands and awareness of industry competitors
* Excellent networking skills with the ability to build strong customer and industry relationships
