Job Title: Administrative Assistant

This role involves providing operational support in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookstore operations, assisting with ordering textbooks and merchandise, handling web orders through e-commerce sites, performing annual inventory counts, and supporting Business Office functions.



* Familiarity with computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is required.

* Experience using point of sales systems to prepare deposits and process online orders is essential.

* Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting at all levels of an organization
