About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure both commercial success and procedural excellence. They will collaborate with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and hospital stakeholders to drive customer training, engagement, and sales initiatives.
* Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable market growth.
* Foster strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and cultivating new opportunities.
* Partner with the broader team to drive customer training, engagement, and sales initiatives.
* Maintain deep knowledge of territory dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs.
* Lead or support tender submissions, pricing negotiations, and compliance with hospital procurement policies.
* Manage reporting, analytics, and CRM updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare, or a related field.
* Proven ability to absorb complex technical information and apply this knowledge in the field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 3-5+ years in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally in cardiology, electrophysiology, or ultrasound (echo cardiography).
* Demonstrated success in both sales execution and procedural product support.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
