About the Role We are seeking a Contracts Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and system support across a busy contracts function.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate records and ensure smooth processing of contract-related documentation and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the contracts register, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support contracts administration, including preparing and processing minor variations.
Manage Oracle and Basware tasks, including raising and receipting Purchase Orders and handling invoices.
Assist with general contract enquiries and provide timely support to team members.
Contribute to process improvements and efficient workflow management.
About You You will bring: Previous experience in contract administration or procurement support.
SA Government experience highly regarded Confidence using financial or procurement systems (Oracle/Basware highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to start ASAP.
