We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Orthopaedics Unit. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment delivering high‐quality patient‐centred care to patients undergoing Orthopaedic surgery and treatment.
Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment, planning and delivery of evidence‐based Nursing care in accordance with NSW Health policies and professional standards. This is a role where you will deliver safe, effective and person‐centred Nursing care within an Orthopaedic setting, assist in the care of patients pre‐ and post‐Orthopaedic surgery, monitor patient condition and report changes to the Registered Nurse, support mobility, wound care, pain management and rehabilitation activities and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What you will bring to the role:
* Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute Nursing
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
* Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
* Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a flexible roster
