**To be successful, you will have**:
- Prior experience as a Finance Broker or a similar financial services sales position, with a strong market network and/or businesses referrer network
- Hold an ABN, or be willing to obtain an ABN
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Brokering
- Business Development Mindset - Always looking for opportunities to grow & maintain your business through new referral partnerships & introducers
