Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various methods like networking, trade directories, and marketing efforts.
- **Needs Assessment**:Understanding the specific IT requirements of clients to offer tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:Staying up-to-date on the latest ICT products and services, including those of their own company and competitors.
- **Sales Presentations**:Effectively communicating the benefits of ICT solutions to potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Quoting prices, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales agreements.
- **Order Management**:Managing the sales process from initial order to delivery and installation of goods or services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**:Preparing regular sales reports, tracking performance, and managing expenses.
- **Problem Resolution**:Addressing any issues or concerns that arise after the sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

In essence, ICT Sales Representatives act as a bridge between the technical capabilities of ICT products and the business needs of their clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
