The Role: In this role, you’ll support the Executive Manager of Employee Services and work closely with the Human Resources team. A key part of your responsibilities will be coordinating the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed smoothly and on time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting pre‑screening conversations with potential candidates and scheduling aptitude tests Coordinating interviews with candidates and the relevant business unit personnel Taking part in the interview process, starting with observing first‑round interviews and gradually stepping into leading them yourself Drafting position descriptions Booking pre-employment medicals and police checks Completing reference checks Providing monthly recruitment reporting to the Executive Manager, Employee Services Maintaining records of all materials used for recruitment and preparing outgoing correspondence Drafting onboarding induction programs for new employees Facilitating initial introductions and company orientations, ensuring new employees are informed about the company's core values, policies, and procedures Supporting HR, IT, and other departments, ensuring equipment, workspace, and necessary system access are ready for new employees Coordinating travel bookings as required About you!
