Job Description About the Role Brisbane Girls Grammar School welcomes applications for a Brass Teacher to join our Junior School for ****.
This role is available on a part-time ****** FTE) basis.
As an Instrumental Music Teacher, you will actively engage, motivate, and inspire student musicians to help them reach their full potential.
The Instrumental Music Program includes directing large ensembles outside of the School's regular timetabled hours, as well as providing small group tuition during scheduled class times.
Your responsibilities will include: Teaching group brass lessons Directing ensembles and all associated tasks Preparing students for competitions and semester performances Designing and implementing a specific and sequenced program of instruction for each ensemble Designing and implementing an appropriately sequenced learning program for small group tuition, reflecting current pedagogical practice and individual playing standards linked to ensemble repertoire.
