This represents a rare opportunity with an outstanding boutique accounting firm based in Maroochydore who are undergoing a period of sustained growth. This firm is well entrenched in the Sunshine Coast region and provide their high quality clients with services ranging from tax compliance, tax advisory, SMSFs, bookkeeping and wealth creation.
**POSITION**
Due to growth, the firm has decided to bring on another Manager who has partnership aspirations. This firm is at a size where they need another senior member of the team to manage client expectations.
- Reviewing the work completed by a motivated team of accountants
- The provision of high quality and complex advisory and compliance services
- Extensive client relationship management
This role has genuine progression to partnership on offer in the short term.
**CANDIDATE**
- CA/CPA qualified
- 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- A genuine passion to progress to equity partnership
- Ability to manage work flow and review work
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Stable employment history
