Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Lewisham
We are recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract based in South East London.
Key responsibilities include:
Lighting work (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
Emergency lighting tests
Control panel maintenance
BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update log books and work records
Remuneration up to £44,000 plus a standby allowance of £15 per day on a 1 in 4 call-out rota, plus 25 days holiday, bank holidays, company van & fuel card, tablet and work phone, full company uniform.
Requirements:
Gold Card
City & Guilds – 18th Edition
Electrical qualifications – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
Trade certificates available for verification
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Client-facing experience
