Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME and Mid-Market clients.
* Develop and implement client-centric strategies to drive business growth and retention.
* Prepare and present renewal proposals, quotes, and policy documentation to clients.
* Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
* Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive communication.
About You:
* Prior experience in a similar role or commercial insurance (broking or underwriting) is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities are required.
* A willingness to obtain a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification is highly desirable.
* A keen interest in building a long-term career in corporate broking is expected.
