We’re seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager for a short-term fit out/refurbishment project at a Defence project in South-West Sydney. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring safety, quality, and timeline adherence. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management. Resolve issues or delays promptly and professionally. Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
