Admin Clerk
Toowoomba Toyota is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Clerk to join our team in a full-time capacity.
About the Role: Reporting to the Office Manager, and Financial Controller, the Admin Clerk provides essential administrative support to the daily operations of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconciliation, processing, and lodgment of company banking.
* Processing Toyota Finance payouts and maintaining internal cash position logs.
* Processing of Creditors invoices and reconciliation of Creditors statements.
* Processing and reconciliation of Debtors & emailing company statements.
* Processing and reconciliation of TMCA reports (FPA, Fleet Rebates, Warranty etc.).
* Collection of mail
* Sending the DOC report daily.
* Ordering stationery and merchandise (e.g., business cards, keyrings).
* General clerical duties, including filing, meeting minutes, and maintaining Toll Account.
* Maintaining and reconciliation of Petty Cash.
* Assisting with Dealership Uniform Orders and organising monthly birthday breakfast.
* Processing Vehicle Deals and preparation of internal logs.
* Assisting the Dealer Principal, Office Manager, and Financial Controller as required.
* Assisting in the Registrations Clerk, Stock Controller, and Dealership Reception roles when needed.
* Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to WH&S guidelines.
* Assisting in keeping all work areas clean and up to date.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent computer and clerical skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Friendly, professional manner.
* Ability to work productively unsupervised.
* Commitment to Toyota's goals and operating standards.
* Current and valid Qld driver's licence.
* Must have permanent Australian work rights
