What You'll Do
* Provide operational support for procurement processes, including PR/PO management and supplier setup.
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and governance frameworks.
* Analyse data to identify process inefficiencies and support automation and improvement initiatives.
* Utilise and help implement third-party risk management frameworks, supporting risk assessment and reporting.
* Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other teams to ensure procurement aligns with regulatory and internal requirements.
What You'll Bring
* Ability to quickly understand and apply internal risk frameworks, including financial, operational, and ESG factors.
* Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and supporting decision-making.
* Experience managing high-volume transactional tasks with accuracy and compliance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and user support.
* Experience with procurement/ERP systems, risk platforms, and supporting audit and compliance activities.
