About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administration/Client Liaison to join our dynamic team at The trustee for BKB Family Trust (Down to Earth Training and Assessing) in Rockingham, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and client support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

* Providing efficient and professional administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Handling incoming inquiries and requests from clients, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution
* Assisting with the coordination of client appointments and meetings
* Maintaining accurate client records and databases
* Contributing to the development and implementation of office procedures and systems
* Collaborating with the team to support various projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

* Proven experience in a similar client-facing administrative or client liaison role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with database management
* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
