At Kubota Australia and Kubota New Zealand, we distribute and provide after sales support for high value, exceptional quality agricultural and construction machinery, equipment and products. We have a team of around 230 across Australia and New Zealand. In your new role as a Contracts & Facilities Business Partner, you will support Kubota's people and Culture operations across Australia and New Zealand by undertaking generalist duties focusing on contract management and facilities. This role is a part time opportunity, 0.8 time fraction with a remuneration that is pro-rated based on a base salary FTE (remuneration subject to experience) Requirements Key accountabilities include, but not limited to: Collaborate with People & Culture and business units to manage contracts and facilities in line with OHS and operational needs Develop, maintain, and implement systems, procedures, and schedules for all contract and facilities activities (e.g. business cases, audits, reviews) Manage contractor induction, supervision, and performance, including inspections, audits, and issue escalation Maintain and update relevant systems, registers, and report (e.g. risk, OHS, contracts) Coordinate company-wide insurance and claims processes Support CSR initiatives and statutory reporting Perform general admin tasks such as ordering, invoicing, records management, and reconciliations Contribute to projects that improve People & Culture operations and systems May oversee travel and vehicle policies and related contracts Complete other tasks within skill level as assigned Promote and uphold workplace health and safety, reporting risks or concerns appropriately To be successful in this role, your resume would likely include: Tertiary qualification in Business/ similar Contract Manager certification (desired) Previous experience in a contracts/ facilities management Business Partner level position within a large complex organisation. Experience ideally gained within the industrial/ warehousing/ distribution industry General administration experience including document management and record keeping Strong track record of managing risk and ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation and policy in relation to key business contracts and facilities management Business partnering/ customer centric focus Strong analytical and conceptual skills Attention to detail Highly developed communication skill particularly in relation to producing and delivering reporting Well developed interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skill Experience in user configuration of systems and intermediate general computing skills Proven ability to work with direction and instruction and autonomously Important to note: Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.
