About the Role
We’re recruiting Home Claims Consultants to join a leading insurance provider.
You’ll guide customers through the full lifecycle of their home insurance claim, providing empathetic support, clear information and timely updates. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people and working in a structured environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and lodge new home claims
- Provide clear guidance and next steps to customers throughout their claim
- Process and assess claims in line with procedures and policy guidelines
- Maintain accurate claim records and update reserves as required
- Communicate with repairers, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Identify potential fraud and escalate appropriately
- Resolve customer issues or complaints within required timeframes
- Meet agreed KPIs, quality measures and productivity targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong claims experience. We need a minimum of 6 months insurance experience
- Confident communicator with great listening skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, KPI-focused environments
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Computer-literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
