We are seeking an ITSM Change & Release Specialist to join our team for an initial 6 month contract to support day to day governance and coordination across our clients enterprise technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily Change, Release, and Configuration Management activities across live environments
* Serve as the central point for change governance, compliance, and communication
* Coordinate release schedules, calendars, and transversal release activities
* Review and prioritise RFCs in line with established criteria
* Lead CAB meetings and oversee pre‑ and post‑release processes
* Communicate change impacts clearly and proactively to stakeholders
* Conduct Post‑Implementation Reviews and drive continuous improvement actions
* Maintain and enhance ITSM tool configurations (e.g., workflows, processes, templates)
* Interpret ITSM requirements and design supporting processes and solutions
* Coach teams on Change and Release Management best practices
* Produce and analyse performance metrics and reporting
What we are looking for
* Strong background in ITSM Change and Release Management
* Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Skilled in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow experience highly regarded)
* Comfortable working in complex, multi‑vendor or enterprise environments
