About the Role
Operating within Future Students, the National Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing programs targeting domestic undergraduate and postgraduate student segments. Reflecting the scale and strategic importance of the undergraduate cohort, the National Manager directly leads the coordination, planning and delivery of marketing initiatives for this segment. The role also manages the Integrated Marketing Manager (Postgraduate), who leads postgraduate marketing activities, and the Future Students Project Coordinator, who supports major projects and programs across the team. The position requires a deep understanding of student audiences and the competitor landscape. Working across the Marketing and External Relations (MER) directorate, the National Manager ensures customer insights, motivations, and behaviors are embedded in all marketing, promotional, and communication activities. This role drives improvements in student recruitment, from web presence and data insights to application nurturing and conversion, while influencing stakeholders across the University to enhance outcomes for these cohorts. The National Manager serves as the primary liaison for marketing programs related to these student segments, engaging with key stakeholders including the Office of the Provost, Education Pathways, Admissions, and faculties.

What We Offer
* The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
* Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
