Benefits: Salary range $100k – $130k Super Work with a leading Gold Coast luxury builder Pipeline of high-end custom homes, boutique multi-residential and townhouse developments Collaborative team environment working closely with Construction & Commercial teams Long-term career progression with internal growth opportunities To be successful you will have the following: Senior-level experience as an Estimator within residential construction Proven experience in luxury homes and/or multi-residential/townhouse projects Strong construction knowledge and understanding of high-end finishes Ability to accurately prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tender submissions Experience reviewing and analysing subcontractor quotes Confident negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors Strong attention to detail and cost control capability Relevant industry and tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred) We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to join a reputable Gold Coast luxury builder delivering architecturally designed custom homes, boutique multi-residential projects and high-quality townhouse developments.
