What you'll be doing
* Helping shape how Kiindred and Kiin Creators show up on social
* Spotting ideas that could become recurring content or social series
* Identifying what performs well and helping us lean further into it
* Bringing new ideas that feel timely and relevant for modern parents
* Keeping an eye on platform trends and formats worth experimenting with
Creating content
* Filming and editing social-first videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
* Capturing interviews, behind-the-scenes moments and everyday content
* Writing captions that sound like a human wrote them
* Testing new formats in a busy content category
(You'll work alongside a videographer and editor — you won't be doing it alone.)
Podcast content
* Watching podcast recordings and identifying the best clips and moments
* Turning those moments into social content that lives beyond the full episode
Running the channels
* Planning and scheduling posts
* Reviewing performance and spotting what's resonating
* Engaging with our community in comments and messages
