How It All Started
In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry‐defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world's first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your journey ahead:
When joining us, we expect you to shape our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts/ partners in ANZ. You will be working closely with the entire ANZ team as well as our global sales team.
* Own the development and resource locking of key retail partners across Australia and New Zealand. Work closely with distributors to negotiate with retail buyers, secure promotional slots, prime marketing resources, and new product listings, driving brand penetration and sustainable sales growth.
* Build and manage strategic relationships with top‐tier retail accounts, align on joint business plans, conduct regular in‐person meetings, and proactively track and improve account performance.
* Partner with distributors to identify and develop new retail accounts in Australia (core focus) and New Zealand. Deliver professional business presentations, secure product listings, and expand EcoFlow's offline retail network in the ANZ market.
* Participate in the planning and execution of ANZ shows and offline events, drive brand visibility and networking, and identify new channel and partnership opportunities.
* Act as the key liaison between retail partners and internal teams (GTM, Marketing), collect retailer insights and feedback, resolve channel pain points, and optimize sell‐out performance.
* Drive retail execution excellence, including standardized product display, enhanced in‐store visibility, retail staff training, and partner empowerment to improve sell‐through rates and customer experience.
* Monitor ANZ retail market trends, competitor activities, and channel dynamics, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to refine channel strategies and support data‐driven decision‐making.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development; prior experience in ANZ local retail channels or with top retail platforms is highly preferred.
* Familiar with any industry such as new energy, power tools, outdoor products and 3C, with cognition and interest in energy storage products or the outdoor industry is a plus.
* Excellent cross‐cultural communication, business negotiation and presentation skills, capable of independently carrying out channel business liaison work with mature market expansion thinking.
* Proactive, goal‐oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
* Proficient in MS Office, with good skills in business document writing and data analysis.
* Based in Australia (Melbourne preferred), available for business travel within ANZ.
