Welcome to Punthill Sunshine 
At just 12 months old, Punthill Sunshine is already making its mark as the premier accommodation offering in Melbourne's inner west. Featuring fully self-contained, up-to-date studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, our property is perfectly suited to both corporate and leisure travellers, particularly those with extended stay needs. With a prime location near the transforming Sunshine Superhub, onsite parking, and excellent conference facilities, we are fast becoming the first-pick for accommodation in the area. 
As we continue to move through our ramp-up phase, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager with strong commercial acumen to drive the next stage of our growth; taking the hotel from ramp-up to business stabilisation. This is a standout opportunity for a leader who has a proven track record in business improvement, developing and nurturing corporate customer relationships, and leading a team with kindness, maturity, and organisation.

Optimise business turnover and delivery of business operating profit

About You 
We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we're looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset. 
The successful person must have: 
Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights) 
First Aid Certificate (or be able to obtain before starting) 
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or be able to obtain before starting) 
Willingness to obtain a Liquor Licence (at Veriu expense) 
Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness in order to achieve outcomes 
Demonstrated ability to strategically manage problems & complaints 
High standards of attention to detail and communication skills (written & verbal) 
Experience managing people in a customer service environment 
Passion for personal growth & development
