Job Description:
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Audit Manager to be based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
This role will play an integral part in assessing and improving internal control frameworks, evaluating implications of process improvements on strategic objectives, and driving effective internal control systems and compliance through Internal Audit activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial, budget planning, and business acumen, as well as critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to work with and interpret data analytically.
They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage departmental expenses within budget and drive effective internal control systems and compliance.
The successful candidate will be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
* CPA qualification
* 10+ years of experience as an Audit Manager, preferably from an automotive background
* Critical and strategic thinking skills
* Strong financial, budget planning, and business acumen
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Ability to work with and interpret data analytically
