Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled and reliable professional to join our team. As a Level 2 - Service Technician, you'll be the trusted face of our clients, visiting their sites to conduct floor sweeps, check on outstanding issues, and proactively identify small problems before they become big ones.
This client-facing role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, cutting-edge technology, and meaningful work. You'll handle technical tasks, from triaging tickets and resolving end-user issues to escalating where needed and seeing problems through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct floor sweeps and visit customer sites as required
* Handle technical tasks, including ticket triage and issue resolution
* Proactively identify small problems before they become big ones
* Act as a trusted technician and relationship builder, ensuring clients feel heard and supported
Our ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years MSP/IT support experience, with a strong background in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technologies. A TAFE Certificate IV or Undergraduate Degree in IT or Business is also preferred.
